Where can I buy the product? You can order the product online via the official website or you can pick up the products at our head office in Medemblik, The Netherlands.
What if a product is not in stock? We always have enough products in stock. It will therefore not happen that you (temporarily) cannot order.
Do I have to create an account to order? No, you do not have to create an account to order. You can immediately enter your details and complete the order.
What are the shipping costs? For orders that have to be delivered within the Netherlands you pay € 3.50 and for orders that have to be delivered outside the Netherlands you pay € 4.50.
How can I pay for my order? Various online payment methods are offered on the payment page. If you have a Dutch bank account number, you can pay via iDeal, Credit card or transfer to our account number. If you have a Belgian account number, you can also pay via credit card and bank transfer. In addition, you can also pay via eMaestro and Bancontact Mister Cash.
I have not received a confirmation of my order, how is this possible? It often happens that the confirmation e-mail of your order ends up in the junk e-mail folder. We therefore advise you to always view this first. Can't find the confirmation email? Then you can contact our customer service.
When will my order be delivered? We always do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We depend on services and service from other parties. The payment method also affects the delivery time of your order.
Do you opt for a fast payment method such as iDeal, Credit card or eMaestro (Belgium) and do you order before 16:00 (CET)? Then we aim to send your order the same working day.
If you choose to transfer to our bank account number, we will ship your order as soon as we have received the payment. This can take a few days.
After your order has been shipped, the delivery takes approximately one working day in the Netherlands, for Belgium it takes approximately 2 working days. If you live in a different country, delivery may take longer than 2 business days.
Why do I receive a payment reminder? When you place an order but the payment has not yet been received by us, you will automatically receive a payment reminder. You can still pay the amount to us. As soon as we have received the payment, the order will be processed.
In the event of a transfer through the bank, this automatic reminder and the processing of your payment may cross. You will find a link in your order confirmation to view the status of your order.
If you have accidentally created two orders and paid for one, you will receive a reminder from the other order. You can ignore this.
Do you want to cancel the order? If the payment is not made, the order will be canceled, so you can ignore this reminder.
I want to sell your products in my store or webshop or I am interested in a larger order (at least 10 pieces).

We are getting more and more questions from customers about whether Eromix is also available in stores and webshops. To meet the wishes of our customers, we are looking for more international retailers. This includes retailers such as drug stores, smart shops, sex shops, vitamin shops and webshops.
